Account details you give us, like your name, email, and business info. Data from social or business profiles you choose to connect (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile), such as posts, follower counts, and engagement metrics. We use this to generate your growth report.
To generate your growth score and recommendations, produce content suggestions, run your weekly planner, send account and product emails, and improve LocalRank. We don't sell your personal data.
We only request the access needed to read the profile data used in your report. You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings, which stops future data collection from that source.
We share data with service providers who help us run LocalRank (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics) under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing that service. We don't share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your account and report data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from Settings, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we're required to retain it (e.g., billing records).
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly from Settings, or contact us through the Help Center.
LocalRank is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.
We'll update this page if our practices change and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app.
