By creating an account or using LocalRank, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
LocalRank connects to social and business profiles you authorize (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile) to generate a growth score, recommendations, and content suggestions. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you connect a social or business profile, you authorize LocalRank to read the data needed to produce your report. You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings. Your use of those third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; you'll keep access through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Don't use LocalRank to violate any law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the service's operation, including attempting to access data that isn't yours.
You may stop using LocalRank at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
LocalRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LocalRank after a change means you accept the updated terms.
